I honestly did not think this was going to improve and expected the worst. Very glad to see otherwise. Unfortunately I experienced a similar thing though much milder and shorter last summer. Hope we can figure out viruses better soon!

For the sake of society, let's hope it's "let's figure out how to defend against viruses soon" and not "let's figure out how to make more fun gain-of-function viruses!"
