I've been wanting to incorporate my bootstrapped bussiness for a while because of numerous reasons (residence country is not bussiness friendly, capital & currency controls, bad economy, etc).

Currently I am looking at incorporating in the US through stripe atlas as an LLC however it seems that stripe discourages it because it can create "complicated tax situations" for the foreing owner.

Are there any international founders who can give some more insight about it and if instead its better to create a C Corp (with all the tax & bureocratic overhead it comes with)
